The Masterpiece Challenge is a thrilling team-building event that requires the group to collaborate and create a larger-than-life masterpiece of a renowned painting.
The concept is simple yet captivating; the group is divided into teams of 6 to 8, each tasked with working on their own canvas. However, this event is not just about painting, as teams must also complete a series of mini challenges to acquire important information, blueprints, and paints that will aid them in their quest to complete the painting. These challenges include logical quizzes, puzzles, mental and visual tasks, as well as engineering.
At the end of the session, the individual canvases are combined to form a magnificent painting. The quality of the results is consistently high, and many companies choose to take their masterpieces back to their offices as a cherished keepsake.
