Bar Elba is a fabulous rooftop bar in Waterloo, with fantastic views of the Shard, The London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral.
This 600 capacity bar is available for hire exclusively for big events, or you can hire semi-exclusive areas for smaller groups. The View pictured above is the highest terrace on the rooftop. It is a completely open air space with a capacity of 80 seated and 120 standing.
